Coats Construction Concepts has been assisting individuals and families in crafting their ideal homes since 1989. No matter your design vision, our experienced team is equipped to bring the project to life with care and expertise.
What sets us apart is an all-encompassing expertise covering every phase — from initial drafting and designing through to building and excavating. We manage every aspect in-house, which is how we hold consistency, quality, and efficiency from start to finish.

Darren Coats

Every project we complete carries a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty covering defects in the work our team performed — structural integrity issues and material failures resulting directly from our installation. It is specific to workmanship, and it is documented.
